1. Catterick Agreement

All vehicle rentals booked through Catterick are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement sets out the terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for that rental. If there's any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

To rent a vehicle from Catterick, you must:

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Catterick

When collecting a vehicle from Catterick, inspect it thoroughly and report any existing damage to Catterick staff immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by both you and a Catterick representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged in accordance with Catterick's damage policy.

7. Catterick Restrictions

You must not use the Catterick vehicle for:

Any illegal use or criminal activity involving a Catterick vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other high-risk activities. Transporting hazardous or regulated substances. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Uses for which the Catterick vehicle is not intended or certified...

Violating Catterick's restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Catterick

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Catterick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Catterick in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Catterick Jurisdiction

These Terms for Catterick are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Catterick Terms Update

Catterick may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to Catterick's website. Continued use of Catterick services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
